This came across one of my social media feeds:
“Just another ambulance chaser… whom I predict is going to get to answer to the state bar associations in both AZ and CA.

Brian, referenced above, is the individual who disparaged me. And Laura replied to him, sharing her perspective of his aggressive interaction with me at the recent Coronado School District Board Meeting.
I haven’t been paid for my work since October 8th, which has been fun with two kids to support (one is just a few months old). We don’t charge clients contingency fees (regardless of the amount of money damages involved). My plaintiffs include Troy, a high school sophomore in the Capistrano School District, Tiffany and her elementary-school-age daughter in the Irvine Unified School District, and Nicole and her teen daughter in the Coronado School District.
I won’t take a paycheck until we have enough money to pay the lawyers, experts, staff, etc. necessary for litigation. We are entirely crowd-source funded.
I’ve been running on faith for the past few months just to have an opportunity to fight for kids, who I don’t know in a state that I don’t live in. My wife and I have emptied our life-savings towards this end.
I have hundreds of applications in my inbox from parents with children being physically abused and psychologically tortured in the name of the “greater good.” I cannot afford to service all of these people, no matter how bad I want to, absent resources.
