"Mask Mandate Mayhem": Moms, Dads, Pastor, Combat Veteran/Psychology Phd, ATTORNEY speak out at Coronado School Board Meeting

Mandates are not law. Make these go viral.

I was able to represent my client at the Coronado School Board meeting. The Coronado Times wrote an article on last week’s Board meeting. Below is an image of me from the article, speaking to the Board.

I spoke (16:40) following my client, Nicole (15:29), whose 16-year old daughter has shown more courage than most adults. She is standing up for her Constitutional rights and education rights, only to be ignored by this board. She sat outside for 13 days, discriminated against. Please listen to these segments.

The session kicked off (1:17) with a woman talking about her student wanting to share her smile in ironically, she said, her U.S. Civil Rights class. The Vice Principal was called in, who directed the class to move to another class. When her student followed, the VP directed the class to move outside, like a game of “chase.” This woman stood up for her student practicing her first amendment right to protest, and the adults responding in a hateful, bullying way.

At 12:25, a mom of two boys spoke of how her two sons were told they could not wear the anti-microbial masks that allow for healthier breathing and that the younger son was told to wear a mask when outside running, which is not a school rule. She shared overhearing her 10-year old asking his 6 year old brother, if you had one wish, what would it be: “To never have to wear a mask again.”

Another speaker (21:40) informed the Board the District currently is breaking 15 laws - 8 Fed and 7 State - which she will be providing in writing to them. The school admin, she said, is being asked to enforce laws. She reminded the Board that the principal and school admin are not law enforcement officers: "impersonating a law enforcement officer is a crime,” she informed them.

The next woman (24:20) provided medical information, quoting a doctor who says masking children is child abuse. She went on to cite many, many, many medical adverse effects of masking. She was on fire!

At 32:05, meet this man (in the red shirt below) who has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is a Combat Veteran. His 5-year old son was kicked out of school for taking his mask off. His son has developed a speech impediment due to masking, he asserts. “You’re all child abusers and should be ashamed of yourselves,” he told the Board.

Next up at 35:20 is a local Pastor who “no way in Hell” would she send her kindergartener to a school in the district, because she doesn’t want him masked. She’s homeschooling instead. She’s speaking due to her concern about the kids in the community. She’s had kids come into her church crying because they think they are responsible for harming their elders. What are we saying to our youth, she asked… “You are the infected one, little 5 year old.” The church can no longer remain silent about what we are seeing in our kids: crying, overdoses, funerals.

At 40:15, a local real estate agent begged as a father of an immune-compromised son, who won’t be wearing it much longer as they are hurting him, to reach out to a company that can help them adopt a mask choice policy. He got chills down his spine (not in a good way) seeing adults in the room without masks but the kids (who performed a song at the Board meeting) wearing them.

A mom who worked in an Operating Room for 10 years (43:37) rejects the use of masks. They are worn in the OR “because we have an open cavity. As soon as that person is sewn up, we take off the masks. We have immune systems. Stop giving the masks the credit for what our immune systems do.”

This morning, we’ll be supporting Troy at his high school in Capistrano Unified School District.

It’s time to stop the child abuse and end the mask mandate.
