Disrupted by Peaceful Civil Disobedience

On Tuesday, the IUSD Board of Education regularly scheduled meeting commenced at 6:30 pm with President Ira Glasky making reminders that per the state indoor mask mandate, masks must be worn indoors regardless of vaccination status. He further stated that if attendees who wanted to make public comments did not comply with the requirement, they would be asked to leave. Parents and students were prepared to make public comments at the meeting that evening.
Some attendees refused to wear a mask. By 6:40 pm, Glasky called the meeting into a recess. Maskless attendees were later escorted out of the district building by Irvine Police Department, four officers and a supervisor. Ian Jameson, founder of the Los Angeles Leftists for Choice and Unity, remained in the meeting room without a mask. No arrests were made. The meeting was held in a recess until Glasky adjourned it at 10:16 pm. IUSD has not released a rescheduled board meeting date.
No public comments were shared.

In my opinion, showing respect towards our public health officials in the form of compliance with their mandates would be doing more harm than good. I am motivated by love for my family, love for our youth, love for our country, and love for our freedoms. Enough is enough!”

The threat that Tiffany mentioned in her video from the California Medical Board to doctors is frankly outrageous, and I believe - correct me if I'm wrong, Ryan - unconstitutional as heck. How dare those Board members threaten doctors for writing exemptions from health-impairing facemasks, and for making medical recommendations to patients regarding the same. Doctors who read this, please do not be intimidated by this medical board's unconscionable action. My research team cited over 200 peer reviewed studies showing the hazards of mask-wearing, including injury to brain, heart, lungs, immune system and kidneys. Those are in Vol 1 at https://PDMJ.org, a series of five articles. Now knowing that, I believe each of us would face a more serious malpractice case for refusing to write the exemption than for writing it. And we all know, from a century of unequivocal data, that masks do not work against transmission of viruses. So I have been writing mask exemptions for two years now. Why? Because my obligation to the health of my patients takes precedence over any fearful deference to a 1A-violating, health-destroying gang of lawbreakers on a medical board.
