We beat the Mandates! Today, we called the Capistrano Unified School District's bluff.
We will be pressing charges
Today, we called the California Capistrano Unified School District's bluff. The Orange County Sheriff would not arrest my client, Troy (who is just a Sophomore), despite him purportedly being suspended by the District before refusing to leave campus (in front of the police).
Watch my video from earlier today on location.
This young man was so persistent that school administrators moved his classes, multiple times, to prevent him from accessing in-person instruction (a right guaranteed by the California Constitution).
The administrators eventually managed to prevent Troy from pursuing his first-period class by physically preventing him from opening the door, slamming it shut as he tried to pull it open. That's called assault and (likely) battery given that the door is arguably an extension of his personhood while under his control.
Later, when Troy tried to leave the classroom, he was physically prevented from doing so, that's called false imprisonment, before being shoved by one of the teachers in the hallway. Again, that's assault and battery (for sure this time). We will be pressing charges.
Troy, remained calm the entire time. In fact, he kept up the protest all damned day because he is THE MAN!!!
If my client was lawfully suspended (meaning, we're assuming that the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) guidelines have the force and effect of law), then the police should have arrested him for trespassing as soon as he refused to leave, right? Indeed, Troy’s parents invited the police to do just that.
The Sheriffs refused because school district mask mandates and the CDPH “guidelines” have no legal effect. They are empty promises.
For all those worried about the extension of these "guidelines," stop. It's all a paper tiger.
BRAVO!!! Am currently putting together an approach based upon the perps who are enforcing the vax mandates - practicing coerced medicine without a license (a criminal act) and also deprivation of rights under color of law - resulting in great-bodily injury or death, along with fraudulently inducement (it's "safe").
The NCVIA protects the vaccine makers. However, it does not protect government officials from a private civil action for committing criminal acts which result in injury or death. We need lawyers going after the $$ of those who are enforcing this crap.
Wooooo hoooo! Kill teachers and by extension, other community members! Their safety in the work place doesn't matter a bit! Wooooo hooo!
