Students, unless you want this whack-a-mole game to continue, you need to engage in peaceful civil disobedience now: HERE'S HOW
You have a right to refuse a mask and a right to in person instruction
Because Instagram continues to remove the sound from my videos (Maybe they don't like that I'm teaching kids about their rights?), moving forward, I'm posting all of my original video content to Rumble.
Students, you have a right to refuse a mask. You have a right to an in person education. You are not a clear and present danger to anyone. California Governor Gavin Newsom has said masks can come off by March 12. This is because teachers have negotiated agreements using your health and mental health and physical well being as leverage in negotiating contracts, and these terms need to be removed.
I have many important messages and actions for you in my first Rumble video.

If you care about freedom, please take a stand. We need kids all across California to go to class, sit down, and take off your masks. If teachers tells you to put it on, say politely “no, thank you.” Teachers can not touch you, because that is assault and battery. If they threaten to the call the police, let them. Please be polite and respectful.
Police officers, and I love police officers, do not take discriminatory action - you are helping schools abuse kids. Stop this now.
We have put together some resources.
Here is an Ultimatum to Teachers, School Administrators, and Board Members (screen shot below), put together by The Gavel Project and California Parents United.
For all intents and purposes, the mandate is over. It is not a valid law. Please listen to this Rumble to understand the points and the law and what must be done through legislative action - not through executive action, which Newsom is attempting.
Here is a Parent Call script related to Unmasking and additional resources.
You need to take a stand now, because when the next virus or cold is here, some teachers are going to freak out. And unless you want this whack-a-mole game to continue, you need to engage in peaceful civil disobedience now.
Beautiful! I pray you, and your clients, are successful!
This is wonderful, Ryan. Parents and attorneys should have stood in solidarity with these children all over the world all of the last two years. I am at your service in this effort, however I may be of help at any time.
