Dear Potential Donors:
Since our founding in early October 2021, The Gavel Project (TGP) has been working tirelessly to achieve these primary Objectives:
Protecting you, and especially your children, from further abuses in the name of government COVID-19 mandates.
Leading acts of civil disobedience aimed at forcing the government into litigation to end COVID-19 tyranny.
Holding bureaucrats and politicians accountable—personally—for their civil liberty violations and abuses of power carried out in the name of the “greater good,” and
Compensating the victims of COVID-19 mandates for their losses through strategic lawfare aimed at providing compensation for loss of jobs, vaccine injuries, and the abuses to our children.
We are overwhelmed by calls for help. There is a crushing need to provide people with legal representation and fight the mandates on every front. Below is an outline demonstrating how donations will be utilized.
I intentionally established The Gavel Project as a 501(c)(3) for the sake of public transparency. Our donors will see exactly where their funds are being allocated.
My wife (Jordan) and I have decided to donate the wages for my time working for the organization from its inception (October 8th, 2021) through the end of 2021.
As demonstrated by the spreadsheet (below), in addition to operating expenses, we are seeking $50,000 for a retainer fund to cover two months of litigation costs so that our contract attorneys can be paid for their work. The remainder of the money is going to fund TGP operating costs, which includes hiring help (such as paralegals and administrative staff) to support the attorneys litigating these issues for our clients. All of this is intended to keep costs low.
Currently, I’m operating at 50% capacity, because I need help and I cannot afford it. I am ready to hire staff and lawyers and lead teams into strategic lawfare. With enough help, we can scale The Gavel Project. I do not want to turn down any clients, but I’m forced to do so all the time. We have hundreds of applications seeking help (most of these are children being abused in the name of COVID-19 mandates).
Please consider supporting our cause. Every donation matters. Tax-deductible donations to fund The Gavel Project’s operations can be made using this link.
If you are interested in making a larger donation, please mail a check to the Lex Rex Institute at P.O. Box 7142, Long Beach, CA 90807. Please make the check payable to the “Lex Rex Institute” (LRI is our fiscal sponsor, meaning, they can accept tax-deductible donations on behalf of The Gavel Project). Donors are asked to include “The Gavel Project” in the memo line.
Thank you, Ryan
