The Gavel Project Partners with the Lex Rex Institute to Fight COVID-19 Mandates
Phoenix, AZ – The newly founded legal organization The Gavel Project has announced a strategic partnership with the Lex Rex Institute with the shared goal of fighting illegal and unethical government, school, and employer COVID-19 mandates.
Americans across the country are facing continuing attacks on their freedoms as institutions around them force unwanted medical treatments (often literally) down their throats.
“Americans are homesick. We miss normal. It has been two years, and we’re still looking at mandates knowing that they are completely unjustified based on current evidence. It’s time to force the end of the pandemic through strategic litigation,” says Ryan Heath, President and CEO of The Gavel Project, an organization he founded in 2021 to legally represent people, especially children, who have been harmed by errant COVID-19 policies.
To further those goals, the Gavel Project is excited to announce its partnership with the Lex Rex Institute.
“The Lex Rex Institute is a legal and public outreach organization founded in March 2021 with the specific aim of empowering private individuals to hold government officials at every level accountable to their sworn oaths to uphold the Constitution of the United States and of their states,” said Alexander Haberbush, Founder and President of the Lex Rex Institute.
“Those in power have had twenty–two months to figure out how to do that – more time than it took to build the Empire State Building or sculpt Michelangelo’s David – and all we’ve seen are constantly changing standards and illegal mandates. This is not a game of Simon Says. Enough is enough. That’s why LRI is happy to work with Mr. Heath to defeat these measures and secure a return to sanity.”
As part of their new partnership, and because it furthers the legitimate purposes of both organizations, the Lex Rex Institute has agreed to act as a fiscal sponsor for The Gavel Project.
Donations to fund The Gavel Project's operations, including the Lex Rex Institute's involvement in the representation of The Gavel Project's clients, can be made to the Lex Rex Institute by mailing a check to The Lex Rex Institute at P.O. Box 7142, Long Beach, CA 90807. Donors are asked to include “The Gavel Project” in the memo line.
