I don’t have much time, so I’ll get to the point. I’m in Virginia. I bought a one-way ticket to finalize Sage’s Complaint (more on this soon).
For those curious, this is what I have been up to in the past few weeks:
1) On April 15, The Gavel Project hosted the world premiere of a new documentary, CUT: Daughters of the West. Simon Esler’s film (in which I appear) explores the impact of the current transgender craze on girls by diving into the history of plastic surgery, and modern media trends, revealing the moral and cultural precursors that have enabled the transgender ideology to thrive. Thank you to all that attended! The film is now available on-demand.
2) On April 17, I won a contested hearing for my client, Jodi O’Malley (yes, I represent a Project Veritas whistleblower). At the conclusion of the two-day hearing (in which both parties were represented), the Court agreed with my position that the Injunction Against Harassment (which was wrongly filed against Jodi by the Pharmacist in her video) was not supported by sufficient evidence to constitute “harassment” as defined by A.R.S. § 12-1809 and, therefore, the Injunction was ordered quashed as a matter of law. I’m still working with Attorney Mike Yoder on another, related, case for Jodi (which we hope to resolve soon).
3) I have secured investors to build a law-firm in Phoenix. I’m actively searching for an office space to fill with a team of lawyers that will follow me into battle in my peaceful war on woke-nonsense across America. We will also focus on election integrity cases. I realized recently (after starting to charge for my services) that I can make more money as a lawyer than I can fundraising. This is because I hate asking people for money (I spent a year cold-calling between my undergrad and law school, and I especially disliked that aspect of sales) and because I am very good at what I do. Praise God, my phones will not stop ringing, my inboxes are overflowing (to the extent that I cannot possibly return every inquiry), and I’m willing to bet that my hourly rate is on the high end for attorneys my age. Best of all, I’m getting paid to write amicus briefs (something I especially enjoy) and to file lawsuits that law students will someday study.
4) I flew out to California on April 19, and announced that The Gavel Project sued Capistrano Unified School District in Federal Court on behalf of Chelsea Boyle and her daughter, who (as a first grade student) was forced to apologize in front of her friends on the playground for making a painting expressing her sentiment that all of her friends are equally important, irrespective of the color of their sin. A video of my statement to the school board on Chelsea’s Instagram has been viewed over 130,000 times.
5) I filed a motion to quash another Injunction Against Harassment on behalf of Lindsey Graham (yes, I also represent the Patriot Barbie along with many other big-name clients that I haven’t yet announced) against a male school board member in Arizona—who recently started pretending to be a woman—despite living as a man for nearly seven decades during which time he fathered two children. In November, Mr. Bixler was not pleased when Ms. Graham, while dressed as a cat, called him out at a school board meeting for using the girls’ restrooms at school facilities, teaching children lies about basic reality, and using his position to sexualize children. For anyone interested, here’s the Motion.
Please note, The Gavel Project would not be possible without the financial support of our donors. My family put tens and tens and tens of thousands of dollars on the line to get to this point, we have sacrificed more than most could ever dream of, and we would do it all again in a heartbeat. To all those that stand behind us financially, thank you for honoring the many sleepless nights that my wife and I endured to make ends meet. Thank you for honoring the countless weekends and holidays that I have spent apart from my wife and girls to fight for our kids’ future (including yours).
The Gavel Project’s efforts to (peacefully) eradicate woke nonsense across the United States would not be possible without the ongoing generosity of our donors, so thank you!
If you feel called to give, please consider making a tax-deductible donation by visiting our website: www.thegavelproject.com
Also, please consider sharing this post with a friend, spreading the word about my work is extremely helpful!
More updates to come soon.
God bless America,
Ryan
Wow! You are on a roll! So grateful that you’re on my side! You are a force to be reckoned with, Atty. Heath! And your soon-to-be team will soon be making this world a better and safer place. Thank you! God bless you greatly.
Doing great things Ryan! Good to see you are continuing to battle for the civil rights of parents, children, whistleblowers, and others who the woke statists would victimize. That's great you are building your law firm and Godspeed your efforts! Kathleen Melonakos, Biblical Citizens: Let's Roll.https://kprz.com/radioshow/biblical-citizen-lets-roll
